Relationships are at the heart of who we are. Relationships with loved ones, partners, work colleagues, friends are all critically important to our happiness and your view of the world.
Upset and breakdown in an important relationship can cause major pain and distress, which if left unresolved can cause a dark cloud to hang around you. It can also shape how you interact with new people that have come into your life and hold you back from the wonder and opportunity to let someone special into your life.
NLP is all about communication and how we communicate with ourselves, others and the world. Learning how we all have our own preferred way to communicate based on our preference across the 5 senses and this preference shapes how we communicate, for example someone with an auditory preference might well say something like “ You never hear what I’m saying”. As well as a sensory preference we all have our own preferred way of managing information i.e., some like lots of detail and others might well prefer the ‘headlines’ (Chunk Up and Down).
Understanding this, you can shape and tailor how you communicate with someone and learn to match their preferred style and thus remove conflict. In the session I will also teach you about reading peoples feelings and to tell when they are recalling information, feeling something etc - all by reading eye movements.
Learning these NLP techniques can have real payback in:
Relationship with partner
Building a stronger relationship with your kids
At work - think of being able to influence a key relationship and resolve conflict
Resolve a break up with a friend or loved one
The sessions are designed around your exact requirements and can be :
- 1-2-1
- With your partner (work through conflict together)
- With your child (again work through difficulties together)
The sessions are interactive with lots of opportunity for you to practise all the techniques and most importantly have some fun with them.
Book a session now - I guarantee you won't regret it!
