The weight loss programme is a new way to approach losing weight. For a start it is unlike most other programmes with the good news from the beginning - it is not a diet!

So many other approaches do not work as they require you to battle with your urges, which in turn makes you more unhappy and guess what? You want to eat more! 

My approach is individually designed across two to three sessions consisting: 

  • Values you attach to eating
  • Beliefs
  • Motivation

Nutrition is extremely important if you are hoping to perform well. It is no surprise that a proper diet is linked to better performance. Have you ever heard the saying you are what you eat? Think about that. If you put trash into your body and are inconsistent with proper nutrition, you might lose sleep, have a lack of energy, get depressed more easily, and the list could go on and on.

The sessions are designed to give you a completely new way to approach eating, making you feel great and importantly putting you in control. It is important to recognise that your overeating served a purpose in the past, otherwise you wouldn't have done it. You will be encouraged to acknowledge that you have caused the problem and life hasn't done this to you. A tough message I know, but acknowledging this is great news, it means that you can take control.

Now is the time to replace old coping strategies with completely new ones to support the new you. We will really build a compelling new self image, be prepared to be transformed.

As highlighted above this is not a diet and does not require you give up eating!
