Depression can be like having a very dark cloud that follows you around wherever you go and no matter what you do, you seem unable get away from that dark cloud!
You feel like you are stuck in a hole that you are unable to climb out of.

You might well have tried other approaches and techniques and not found anything that works. My approach doesn’t involve hours and hours of talking about your past and your childhood. It’s more structured around you taking control of your thoughts and challenging them and recognising the triggers (traumatic event etc) and maintaining factors underpinning your depression.
I use Cognitive therapy to help you analyse your thoughts and emotions and challenge and replace them. NLP is then used to help you move forward into building into your life the changes you want to see.

Believe it or not at an unconscious level you do choose to be depressed and maintain your depression. We will work together to peal back the layers to understand ‘how you do depression’? Depression is a serious issue and I know it can creep up on you and take over. But you can take control back.
